Abstrak. Papan partikel merupakan komposit yang tersusun dari filler (penguat) dan matriks (pengikat). dapat dibuat bahan limbah pertanian mengandung selulosa seperti tempurung kelapa. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelapa sebagai resin epoksi (RE) matriks. dilakukan dengan memvariasikan ukuran (60, 80, 100 120 mesh) komposisi kelapa:perekat RE (70:30, 75:25, 80:20, 85:15 vol.%) untuk memperoleh sifat mekanik terbaik. Sifat diuji adalah modulus of elasticity, rupture, kuat tekan. papan sesuai standar ASTM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurun bertambahnya Namun meningkat mengecilnya 60 ke mesh. dihasilkan memenuhi persyaratan ANSI mesh, 80 vol.%, 20 vol.%.Abstract.
